Account Owners control all profiles. Minor profiles are limited and non-independent.

Users retain ownership but grant Rooster Home a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use content to operate and improve the Service.

Property-related data may be transferred between users at the direction of an Account Owner.

Rooster Home:

  • Does not ensure compliance with real estate disclosure laws
  • Is not responsible for disputes between buyers, sellers, or third parties

The Service is not a substitute for inspections, disclosures, or due diligence.

12. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
